In those scenarios, he explains that company’s custom-built equipment is a decisive differentiator. “A general market vacuum truck will run an eightinch hose,” he says. “We manufacture trucks with a 10-inch vacuum hose—and in recent years we’ve stepped that up to 12-inch. According to Scott, the company never stops innovating, and they rely on their staff to help direct that innovation.
