Tyler officially took over in May 2025, with Perry staying on to help guide the handover. The initial months were devoted to listening, learning, and building. “My first step was learning how the business was run, learning the people,” Tyler says. “I think it’s really important to understand your team, and fortunately we have a great group of people here. The next step has been about building the processes and organizing each section of the business, whether it be operations, sales, or finance.” Today, T-ROC’s revitalized structure allows the company to be both versatile and disciplined. The company’s core strength remains kitchens and bathrooms – projects that demand detail, coordination, and craftsmanship – but their portfolio spans basements, full-home renovations, and additions, with projects ranging in value anywhere from $15,000 to $800,000. Geographically, they serve homeowners all across the Greater Toronto Area. No matter where they are working, however, or the size and scope of their project, Tyler believes clients choose T-ROC for the same few reasons. One of the main reasons would be their transparency when it comes to pricing and scheduling, which is evident from very early on in the process. “From the start, we only ask for a $500 deposit,” MARCH 2026
