Riva Construction has done a number of duplexes, four-plexes, and they are currently doing two 16unit projects – one is under construction now and another is in the pipeline. The goal with those projects, Matthew explains, is to “never deliver something cookie cutter.” They always want to deliver a rental product to the market that is cost-effective, but they also want the product to be highly functional for the residents as well as aesthetically pleasing. “We want all our homes to be places that people want to invite their friends over to see.” On both sides of the business, Matthew believes what sets Riva Construction apart is their personal service. He describes that service as very responsive and attentive, and he says it lasts through each and every stage of the building process. “We’re very focused on our attention to detail from the initial meeting through pre-planning, through the development of the plans, the execution, and the handover,” he says. “We’re always at their beck and call, for a lack of a better term. We’re always available, and we can always be reached whenever they need anything.” That responsiveness is paired with “complete transparency and open and honest communication,” so clients always know where their project stands. Riva Construction backs their service promise with a deeply integrated technology stack that creates clarity for clients and efficiency for the team. THE CONSTRUCTION SOURCE CANADA
