It’s a great way to diversify and become a more well-rounded real estate development and construction company.” As for the size of the firm, Alex believes they have some room to grow, but they are wary of growing too large. At just over 35 people, he says they have created a genuine sense of community within the company, and they want to maintain that. “We have a very nice family feel to our company,” he says. “We’ve worked hard to foster a very healthy work environment here, where people get along, where everyone knows each other’s names and they socialize outside of work. We don’t want to get too big because we don’t want to lose that feeling. I would say we haven’t peaked, but we’re not too far away.” JULY 2026
