At the 2025 CHBA National Awards, for example, they recently won the category for ‘Best Detached Custom Home 3,001– 4,000 sq. ft.’ for their work on a home they called the ‘Lindell Beachhouse.’ That award-winning project was designed by x architecture, a Langley-based firm Mike had collaborated with previously when the architect was working under another company.
