Since that initial foray, Landric Homes has moved into steadily larger and more complex undertakings. Their largest development, ‘Willow Springs’ in Limoges, will ultimately comprise five phases – the first phase included 44 units and has already been sold out and delivered, phase two will consist of 81 units with homes available to buy now, and phases three through five will add over 100 more units by the time the community is fully developed. Within their communities, Landric Homes strives to offer a range of housing options to suit a variety of lifestyles and preferences. While semidetached homes and townhouses form the core of their portfolio, they also build single-family homes and are now entering the multi-residential rental market. Across all of these product types, however, certain principles remain constant – and those principles are what Mathieu believes set the company apart. “First of all, we have a lot of experience from Construction LaVérendrye,” he explains. “We’ve built thousands of houses. We’ve transposed all of that experience to the other side of the river with Landric Homes.” As a result of their experience, Landric Homes has gained a deep understanding of how to design quality homes, and they have developed longstanding relationships with acclaimed and reputable architects. They work closely with those architects throughout the entire duration of a project, and as the projects progress they are able to refine their models, based on what they observe once homes are built and lived in, and on feedback from the real estate agents who JULY 2026
