Peter describes their team as a “big family,” with some of those family members having been with the company for up to 15 years. And when adding to that family, he says they look for people who share the company’s most important value – they care about the work they do. “Our tradespeople wear their hearts on their sleeve, and those are the kind of people we look for,” he says. “These are artists, craftspeople. They’re not just donkeys pulling a wagon. Their heart is in what they do, and they want to perform and do really good work. We provide an avenue for them to do that.”
