The client’s hydro and electrical bills are shockingly modest for a home that size. The site was rural with no access to natural gas, which made hitting a high-performance standard significantly harder. Greg and his team built the entire structure with insulated concrete forms and installed a full geothermal heating system, along with a pre-warm tank to reduce the load on the electrical hot water system.
