Our actions always have to align with our words. By the end of the project, we don’t want there to be any surprises.” Meeting that standard starts before a single nail goes in. Greg puts in the work up front to deliver accurate, realistic estimates. Once a project is underway, he stays collaborative. Most projects hit obstacles. Greg’s experience across both residential and commercial construction means he has seen most of them before, and he knows how to solve them without derailing the timeline or the budget. A major part of that execution comes from North Built’s subcontractor network. Greg has spent decades building and maintaining relationships with skilled trades, suppliers, and vendors. Many of those relationships go back to when he first opened the doors. “A lot of the guys we started out with seven or eight years ago are still the same guys we work with today,” he says. “We really value showing loyalty whenever we can.” That network is one of North Built’s greatest assets, and Greg protects it.
