Again, when it comes to many of their agricultural clients, Dennis’ Dirtworx has a lot of longstanding clients who negotiate work with the company directly, and Dennis largely credits that loyalty to the company’s versatility – to their ability to act as a “one-stop-shop,” starting right from the surveying and design. He also credits their “hard work,” “honesty,” and the way they treat people “integrity and fairness.” For example, when they quote a job, “we stick to that number,” Dennis says. “If we make a mistake, we take responsibility for it. When we run short, we eat that cost instead of feeding it to the customer. I believe that’s the kind of thing that keeps a customer for the long-term.” Of course, Dennis’ Dirtworx also performs their work to a high standard of quality. That’s another reason Dennis believes they have so many clients who keep coming back: “We double and triple-check everything we do,” Maurice explains. “Then we sit down with the client during and after to make sure they’re happy.” “We have an internal hierarchy, too, with various levels of quality control,” Glen adds. “From the labourers to the supervisors to the project managers – every employee plays a roll in making sure that we’re delivering to our internal expectations and to the clients’ expectations.” It also helps that Dennis’ Dirtworx employs such high-quality people.
