A few years ago, they were new in town and were referred to AEC Contracting & Renovations by a local realtor, who the company had done a home renovation with years prior. After doing one animal hospital together, Brandon says “they didn’t even get a second opinion or alternative price” before hiring the company again to do the next one. “That shows the kind of relationship we were able to build,” he explains. “I’ve been to their house for dinner. When they see me on other jobs, they stop and say hello.” That particular client relationship is not unique, Brandon emphasizes. Over the years, he says he’s formed similarly close-knit relationships with a long list of others: “I take all my relationships with all my clients very personally, and I think that shows.” APRIL 2024
