That doesn’t scare us – in fact, it excites us.” “We love it when we have to think through something,” she adds. “When a homeowner has a problem that we’ve never seen before, we love telling them, ‘We may not know now, but we’re going to help you through it and we’re going to figure it out together.’ Then when we get to the end of the project and we look back and remember how challenging it was – that’s the icing on the cake for us.
