According to Frank, the “foundation” of Frank + Co is their reliable and professional team. As a company, he says they take pride in their highlyskilled carpenters, who are experienced in all facets of the trade, and have strong backgrounds in the industry. Their lead hands, for example, have experience ranging from working on historical restoration projects in New York City to leading custom landscape designs across the Niagara Region. Their apprentices, meanwhile, have typically graduated from their class with honours – and all employees bring “talent, trust, and skill to all job sites,” Frank says. That commitment starts at the top – Frank is personally a journeyman Red Seal carpenter with over 15 years of carpentry and construction experience. He gained his passion for carpentry as a child, building and repairing wooden boats with his father after school. After graduating from college, he went straight into framing, and over the course of his professional career he’s built custom homes and commercial projects all across Ontario and British Columbia. Roughly six years ago, Frank moved back to the Niagara region and founded Frank + Co. In the years since, the company has grown and evolved at a steady clip.
