Lastly, as they grow, Villamar also intends to continue embracing new technologies and innovations. For example, they are currently evaluating the potential of 3D printing in order to produce some specific design and construction items that are hard to find. Duane admits that they haven’t quite figured it out yet, but they are in the process of experimenting now and they see a lot of promise. “I think there’s an opportunity to be really creative there,” Duane says. “We’re not afraid of exploring opportunities like that. A lot of builders don’t like to try new things, but we’re not one of them. If there’s a better way to do something, we’re going to look into it.
