…sometimes you would have a building that is already there.” Rami explains that some of the existing structures “may have been constructed 50 or 60 or 70 years ago and now they want to make it more accommodating to the new technologies.” “Usually, our difference in the market is our understanding of legacy building information systems or control systems and the ability and the flexibility to integrate, upgrade new technologies with existing technologies saving the customer a lot of advanced investments and utilizing their assets that they already have. “Basically, most of our competitors would suggest a complete new system which would require a lot of investment while we understand the existing systems…the integration capabilities of new technologies and ways to communicate.” Other factors that elevate the company within the industry include their project management experience; the ability to keep their clients’ financial situations, budgets, and schedules in perspective; their dedication to their customers and the desire to work in symmetry with them; and the amount of experience leadership brings to the business. Rami and Vince alone have half a century of background in the industry that enhances their work. “We have combined 50 years of experience that started from somewhere in the 90s dealing with these systems,” Rami says.
