Today, Grizzly Ridge’s projects typically range in value from $500,000 to $1 million, and they do about eight homes per year. Within that niche, Dustin believes that clients choose Grizzly Ridge for several reasons. One reason is their quality – they have a reputation for not cutting corners and for delivering to a really high standard of detail and finish, especially compared to many of their larger competitors. “A lot of the things that we include as standard, other major builders would consider them upgrades,” Dustin explains. That list of standard inclusions is long. One small example is their garages – they always fully finish them inside and out, and equip them with both hot and cold water. Another would be the exterior fibre cement board that is a must over the typical vinyl siding. Dustin also believes that Grizzly Ridge is set apart by their customer service.
