Since last fall, Anchored has also begun building custom homes on spec – they currently have two homes in the works. For clients, meanwhile, their current slate includes has three 12-unit buildings in in Montague, as well as a $1.5 million custom home in Belfast. “We went form two guys in 2019 to a conglomerate of three companies with 14 guys in 2022,” Randy says. “We’ve been growing fast, and we’re still growing.” Today, Anchored Construction works throughout Charlottetown, Montague, Stratford, Mt Stewart, Morell, St Peters, Souris, and the surrounding areas. They are now focusing largely on new construction, both residential and commercial, with project values typically ranging from $350,000 to $1.5 million for a custom home, to up to $6 million for a multi-residential project.
