MAY 2026 New and exciting experiences Recently, Willow Tree Developments completed one of their most memorable projects to date – a new home was built for a woman looking to downsize into something comfortable and affordable. The home came in at 36 by 32 feet, two storeys, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living space, and a finished rec room in the basement. Andrew and his crew went out of their way to stretch the client’s budget as far as it could go, including installing an IKEA kitchen that Andrew assembled himself – a decision that saved her roughly $15,000 on the kitchen alone. “The client couldn’t believe it was an IKEA kitchen when it was done,” Andrew says. “She was just over the moon that she now has what she has – the ability to be in the area she wanted to be, close to her kids.” Moving forward, Andrew’s goal is to continue taking on new home projects like that one, which he personally finds very gratifying
