He similarly serves as a trusted resource for Atlantic Home Warranty, responding to complex claims that other contractors aren’t equipped to resolve. “I get the calls whenever Atlantic Home Warranty receives a claim that’s out of the ordinary, something no one else can figure out how to do – water leaks that no one can find, or projects that other people simply don’t have the ability or knowledge to tackle,” Andrew says. “I go to a lot of site meetings with their team to help diagnose problems.” These days, however, Andrew’s main focus is new home construction, which has long been his passion. He works primarily in the under-onemillion-dollar range, on projects ranging from garden suites and garages all the way up to highend custom homes. Within that niche, he believes what sets Willow Tree apart is his personal involvement and uncompromising standard of quality. “The main difference between me and the large guys – the mass cookie-cutter builders – is simply quality,” Andrew says. “I can stand in the driveway of their builds and before I even walk up to the house, I can generally pick out five-to-10 deficiencies.
