MAY 2026 list for high-rise volumetric modular solutions. “I don’t think there are any stick-framed or other modular companies that can deliver what the Build Canada Homes program is looking for,” Kody says. “With that patent, we’re hoping to get on board of this initiative in a meaningful way.” Physical expansion is also underway. ANC recently added 40,000 square feet to their facility, and they have their eye on an adjacent 80,000-squarefoot space – currently occupied by a neighbouring tenant with roughly a year left on their lease – along with the additional yard space that comes with it. If a major Build Canada Homes project comes through, Kody says the company is also exploring the possibility of building a second manufacturing facility closer to the project site, which would reduce logistics costs and effectively double production capacity. “If the volume’s there, we’ll keep growing,” Kody says. “We’ve landed larger projects and realized we had to expand, so we did – and we’re open to continuing to do that. We’re going to ride the momentum we’re on and hope the growth keeps coming.”
