None of us have the attitude that ‘it’s not my problem.’ We all have the mindset of ‘let’s figure this out.’” That collaborative spirit extends beyond the office walls to ANC’s network of suppliers and trade partners. From structural steel and concrete to drywall, millwork, and flooring, ANC sources locally and leans on trusted vendor relationships to keep production moving. “We wouldn’t really be here without them,” Kody says. “Reliable supply chains and strong relationships are pretty essential to ANC. We maintain long-term partnerships with our suppliers so that if we need something tomorrow, they’ve been able to get it to us. We try to foster those relationships – if they need something from us, we can get it to them, and if we need something from them, they can get it to us.
