On that OPG project, for example, they very quickly built a close-knit relationship with Bird Construction – they approached ANC almost immediately after the Common Services Building was underway, bringing them aboard two additional buildings at the same site. Bird Construction has since engaged ANC on another unusual project, which involved trucking modules through a narrow doorway and installing them on the interior of an existing office building in Ajax – essentially constructing a new office inside an existing one.
