He found it, unexpectedly, on Kijiji shortly after COVID, and quickly recognized it as a unique opportunity. He is now developing a boutique dockside condominium on the property, targeting 18 units with a rooftop terrace overlooking the water. A pre-consultation with the municipality is already scheduled, and construction is expected to begin next year.
