MAY 2026 Making it work Currently, Mr. T Contracting employs roughly 30 people across their two office locations, with the 100 Mile House and Williams Lake operations separated by roughly an hour’s drive. Despite that distance, the team operates with the cohesion of a much smaller outfit, and Erin describes the whole team as very close. He personally values that closeness very highly. “I’ve been an employee for a lot of years in my life, and I know what it feels like to go to a job you hate,” he says. “It’s really important to me to make a culture and a vibe around here where everyone’s happy and wants to be part of the team, and is proud to wear our badge.” In order to facilitate that positive culture, Erin says that the company makes all hiring decisions with culture fit firmly in mind. Then once someone is part of the team, they do their best to work with them and make sure their needs are being met. “We’re here for you and your goals and your family,” Erin explains.
