is wide. At the larger end of the scale, Mr. T Contracting is currently preparing to break ground on a commercial daycare facility valued at approximately six million dollars – the largest project in the company’s history. At the same time, smaller crews remain active on jobs as modest as a bathroom renovation. They are also currently building triplexes north of Williams Lake. “We’re kind of all over the place,” Erin says. “We’ve got lots of guys in new construction right now, but we also have two-man crews that go around doing little jobs here and there. If a project makes sense, we’ll find a way to take it on and get it done.” Within their various niches, Mr. T Contracting generates leads in a variety of ways. For example, they maintain a strong social media presence, with a dedicated team member focused on spreading the word online. Their office, situated directly off Highway 97, also draws steady foot traffic and inquiries thanks to prominent signage. Furthermore, the company participates in three-to-four trade shows and home shows per year, and they invest heavily in community sponsorships – from local hockey and soccer teams to golf tournaments. “We don’t just stick to one avenue,” Erin says. “We’re pretty diversified.” Ultimately, no matter how the lead is generated, Erin believes what converts the lead into a sale is the company’s reliability and professionalism.
