Kyle and Morgan designed it themselves, while Kristin Newman – Kyle’s wife and the company’s Director of Design & Marketing – also played a key role. Kyle calls it “a culmination of the best of Stratton at that time.” “The first three houses Kyle and I did together, we built three different ways,” Morgan explains. “When we built Glasshaus, we brought all those systems together and were finally able to put the whole thing to the test on that one.” The finished product exceeded all expectations. The home sold, the client was thrilled, and Kyle and Morgan’s peers in the industry also took notice. At the 2025 OHBA Awards, Glasshaus won the category for ‘Best Production Built Home (One Storey).’ The same year, at the CHBA National Awards, it took home the prize for ‘Best Production
