MAY 2026 Tamer the hammer Over the years, Tamer has forged some very long-lasting and personal relationships with clients – many of those relationships go back 15 years or more and predate the creation of Global Formwork. Because his name is not very common in Canada, he often introduces himself as “Tamer the Hammer” to help people remember. Now when he walks into a company’s office – even a company he hasn’t worked with before – he’s often greeted by someone shouting his nick name. “It’s so amazing when somebody comes to say hi just because they remember you,” Tamer says. “If you keep good relationships and a good track record, people are always happy to reconnect, whether we do business or not. At the end of the day, you want to be able to look people in the eye and shake hands.” That same spirit of loyalty and continuity extends to Global Formwork’s internal team.
