With our core values at the forefront of everything we do, clients can trust us to be their reliable partner.” Tamer personally comes from a long history in the formwork industry – though his initial entry into the industry came about “almost by accident.” He was originally a mechanical engineer, but after moving to Canada from Egypt in 2004, he went looking for an entry level position somewhere, and he ended up finding one within one of the largest formwork manufacturers and suppliers in the industry. He committed himself to learning as much as he could as fast as he could, and it turned out he really enjoyed it. “Work was more like play,” he recalls. “With formwork, you get this Lego set to build any shape you want, and I was having a lot of fun while getting paid for it.” Tamer rose through the ranks at that first company before getting headhunted and moving from engineering to sales with another formwork company.
