But Manjeet is equally determined not to lose sight of the residential clients who helped build MJ Ontario Constructions’ reputation. “I always want my name attached to the residential side, because that’s how I connect more with people and with the community.” As for the size and shape of the company in the years ahead, Manjeet’s vision is clear – within the next five years, he plans to grow his in-house team to between 10-to-15 people.
