rigorous walkthroughs and Brad says, “everything has to be perfect.” Rick adds that the majority of the Launch Construction’s employees, including their supervisors, are longstanding. He credits that to the culture that the company has fostered both in the office and on-site. “We have a team of really good natured, really friendly people,” he says. “The people with a bad attitude don’t last. Anybody that does stick around, it’s because they fit the culture here and they work well with others.” The majority of Launch Construction’s subcontractors and trade partners also tend to be longstanding. The relationship with their main plumber, as just one example, goes back 16 years. Brad says the company is fortunate to have been around long enough to filter through all the “unsuitable subtrades” and to identify the subtrades that are honest, hard-working, and reliable. “We can lean on them and call them at pretty much any time of the day,” he says. “They all share our objective of working together to obtain the best possible product at the best possible price.
