MARCH 2026 Prepared for growth In the near term, T-ROC is investing in readiness. Winters in Ontario are often quieter for renovations, and the company is using this winter season to tighten processes and plan for the busy months ahead. “One of the main things that we’re doing is a lot of internal building,” Tyler says. “We’re reviewing a lot of our projects – what went wrong, things we can change. We’re getting prepared for spring.” Looking further out, the company intends to grow, but at a measured and sustainable pace. According to Tyler, growth is a long-term goal, but they are not in a rush to get there. “Before we grow, I think it’s imperative that we first make sure we excel at the stage we’re at,” he says. “We’re excited to grow, but we want to be ready for it. We want to make sure we have the right systems and people in place.” Ultimately, Tyler intends to continue building on the foundation laid by Perry and his team, and continue offering clients the same level of quality, transparency, and care. As soon as he’s certain the company can expand without compromising those values, he believes the sky is the limit.
