The Renovations of Canada (T-ROC) is an awardwinning renovation company specializing in kitchen, bathroom, basement remodels, and home additions. Since forming in 2002 on a foundation of craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine care for every client, they have grown consistently in both size and renown, and have become well known throughout Ontario for their commitment to transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction. In 2025, T-ROC entered a new chapter as ownership transitioned to Tyler Gaudet, an experienced real estate professional and long-time admirer of the company and the values that powered it. Under Tyler’s leadership, T-ROC has modernized their systems and processes, and the company has begun to grow, but the same high standards and core values remain in place – according to Tyler, the company “continues to operate the way it always has, driven by quality workmanship, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to putting homeowners first.” T-ROC was originally formed by Perry Curiston, a former CPGA pro who taught golf for 18 years prior to founding the company. Keen attention to detail is required to be successful in golf, and Perry infused that same attention to detail into the business philosophy of the company. When Tyler took over the company, his goal was to retain that philosophy while introducing more standardized systems and processes. He wanted to make sure that every project, no matter the size or scope, received the same high level of attention to detail and quality control. “My vision was to build off of that and try to find any avenues for growth and improvement I could,” Tyler recalls. “The business was already great – it just needed some minor fine-tuning.” MARCH 2026
