Now that our company is scaled up, we’re good to go – we can go clear across the country, open up new markets, and hopefully continue to grow and expand in a healthy way.” The healthy part is important, Terry emphasizes. He stresses that growth will never come at the expense of safety, quality, or client certainty. “We walk before we run. We make sure that everything is in place and that we’re able to go to the next step and still offer the quality and the service as well as the safety aspect of everything that we do. We’re not going to sacrifice any of that to expand.”
