MARCH 2026 superintendents, foremen, and administrative staff, creating career pathways that encourage employees to remain with the company long term. “It’s not growth for growth’s sake,” Cody says. “It’s growth so our people can grow. We want everyone here to see a future within the organization. We want to give them a pathway for their career to grow.” In order to provide those pathways for growth, CCR aims to expand strategically. Currently, they are evaluating opportunities to establish a more permanent presence in Saskatoon and to pursue additional projects beyond Saskatchewan. With their previous work in Calgary and other regions, they have already demonstrated their ability to operate successfully outside their home base, and they are interested in doing more work further afield when the right opportunities arise. By balancing ambition with stability, CCR Construction continues to build not only projects but also a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared success, qualities that have carried the company from their modest beginnings to their current position as an industry-leading builder across Saskatchewan.
