Founded in 1998 and based in Regina, Saskatchewan, CCR Construction began as a small operation focused on specialized concrete work. From the start, they built a reputation based on trust, transparency, and a deep respect for the value of time – principles that remain at the heart of their operations today. Almost 30 years later, CCR has grown into a full-service construction firm delivering complex projects and fostering long-term relationships across commercial, institutional, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Their services now include project and construction management, pre-construction consulting, design-build delivery, and general contracting. Originally, the company name reflected their first focus: concrete construction rehabilitation. In their earliest days, founder Trevor Bagnall recognized a niche working on infrastructure tied to Saskatchewan’s water management systems, including dams and spillways. However, the realities of seasonal work quickly pushed the company to diversify. Winter projects soon included renovations and smaller construction contracts, gradually expanding the company’s scope. Over time, CCR evolved from a specialized contractor into a fully capable general contractor taking on a variety of public and private sector projects. That evolution accelerated as the team grew. Today, the company’s leadership includes Trevor and fellow principal Jodi Haase, along with several key figures who have helped shape CCR’s modern identity. Among that leadership is Cody Hopson, project manager, whose path illustrates the company’s emphasis on professional growth and development – he originally joined CCR as a superintendent, eventually progressing into MARCH 2026
