In addition to their renovation and custom home building work, they are now moving into investment properties – both for themselves and on behalf of select clients who have come to them seeking new opportunities. “We’ve had a lot of our clients come and ask if they can work with us in investment properties,” Dwight says. “So we’re acquiring properties, repurposing them into rental facilities, placing them in holding companies, and managing the leasing.” Dwight sees this push into investment work as a natural evolution for a company that has spent decades mastering every aspect of a property’s life cycle – from the first design sketch to the finished, occupied space.
