The company has done work across British Columbia, including projects in Fernie and Invermere, and briefly operated a satellite office in Kelowna. “We go wherever we’re needed,” Dwayne says. “It just depends on the project and the scale.” That flexibility has opened doors to some of the company’s most ambitious work to date, including a major project currently underway in Revelstoke – a build that will rank among the largest Pioneer 2000 has ever undertaken. The scope of what the company takes on is genuinely broad. Pioneer 2000 works across new home construction – track-built townhomes, duplexes, single-family homes, and high-end custom builds – as well as renovations through a dedicated renovation builder. “We tackle just about anything,” Dwayne says. “We’ll work with a builder who does four homes a year, and we’ll work with a company that does 300 homes a year.” On the renovation side, plumbing scopes can range from $10,000 to $200,000, while custom new home builds vary considerably more. The Revelstoke project, for example, involves a total build cost in the range of $12 million – which will be the company’s biggest to date.
