In total, the project involved approximately a year and a half of design development followed by two years of construction, reflecting the scale and complexity of what was being created. Throughout the process, Afshin and his team maintained a close, day-to-day relationship with the homeowners, giving them clarity at every stage while coordinating the many professionals, trades, suppliers, and custom fabricators involved. “When you build a truly custom home, communication is everything,” he explains. “The clients need to understand and love every decision. From the stone, stairs, flooring, and cabinetry to the chandeliers and wall panelling, every detail must work together and feel right for the family.” The finished residence features an indoor pool, a private cinema, a bar, and a distinctive wine cellar. Custom-designed chandeliers were created specifically for the hallways rather than selected from a standard catalogue, and the kitchen was developed as a one-of-a-kind centrepiece. When Afshin invited leading GTA designers and real estate professionals to tour the completed home, their reaction was overwhelmingly positive. “They told us they had seen individual elements like these in different places, but they had never seen all of them brought together under one roof,” Afshin says. “They were genuinely impressed by THE CONSTRUCTION SOURCE CANADA
