So there’s a lot going on, and Mathieu expects the company to get even busier and it gets older. “Landric Homes is like a baby company right now, but it’s going to boom in the coming years,” Mathieu says. “With all the lots we already own and all the rental developments we’re working on, we’re going to get very busy.” “We have over 10 multi-residential communities upcoming across the Ottawa and Gatineau region,” he concludes. “Every day, we wish time could move faster so the development phase could be done – but we have to be patient. Soon, we’ll be in the thick of it.”
