That provides our clients with a lot of value.” Another factor that sets LuMar apart, according to Luc, is the company’s “relentless pursuit of improvements and excellence” – when they accomplish one set of goals for improvement, he says they immediately look to the next steps. “We’re never satisfied. We’re always trying to get better.” Luc also says that the company takes a lot of care to ensure the right individuals are placed in the right roles.
