Originally from Toronto, his career was rooted in creativity, performance, and service – experiences that would later shape his leadership style and design sensibility. Or Bielak’s transition into construction began with a major renovation of his own home. The project’s success sparked interest from friends and family, who encouraged him to consider building professionally. He listened – and quickly realized that his passion for design, problem-solving, and people translated naturally into development.
