They know how they think. They know how to communicate with them.” “Every client has a different agenda, a different goal,” she adds. “If the same person has been working with the same client for a long time, however, they come to understand their goal. They come to know exactly what they’re after. There is less that needs to be explored or investigated. They know exactly what the clients wants, what they need, and how to get there. There’s an efficiency that comes with that.” One example of a longstanding repeat client would be Sierra Building Group.
