That decade of collaboration provided Nico with extensive experience designing and engineering timber structures across a wide spectrum of residential projects. In 2023, the two partners decided it was time to formalize and expand that work. “Two years ago, we had the idea of branching out the engineering and creating our own company,” Nico recalls. Since then, Bridgewood Engineering Services has continued to support the Dream Home Group while also offering independent engineering services to architects, builders, designers, and homeowners outside the group.
