FEBRUARY 2026 An exciting space To achieve her many goals, Melinda teamed up with her father and formed Tooketree Passive Homes in 2017. They started by leasing a 7,000-square-foot factory in Muskoka. In the years since, they have evolved and expanded considerably. Over the past three years, in particular, the company has gained a lot of momentum. The Keepers are currently building their own factory in Kirkland Lake which will produce SEED panels.
