The project was anything but straightforward. It involved hazardous materials abatement, partial demolition, foundations and structure manipulation and refurbishment, complete new site services, extensive renovations, tenant improvement spaces, and new construction – all coordinated under a turnkey delivery model. RBW Consulting handled everything from land acquisition site analysis and design development to land-use bylaw modifications, ultimately delivering a facility that touched nearly every aspect of modern construction. While high-profile projects like the Mitsubishi dealership stand out, much of RBW Consulting’s work happens in technically demanding environments where precision and coordination are critical. The firm has completed interior fit-outs for RCMP 911 call stations, extensive upgrades for the Red Deer Public School Board, renovations to provincial and federal government buildings, and ongoing work within correctional facilities under multi-year standing contracts.
