In Strathroy, they are now building the second the second of three rental buildings on the same property. The first building comprised 24 units and occupancy began in July of 2025. They are now taking names for the second building, which should be ready for occupancy by end of May this year. In Grand Bend, meanwhile, the company is starting a brand new subdivision called Sol Haven, which will comprise 15 lots. They are currently working on a brand new model home for that new community. At the same time, Melchers Construction is also continuing to build in their existing subdivisions, which are located in in Belmont, Port Stanley, Ilderton, Kilworth, and Komoka.
