Initially, the company focused on home renovations, with Ted prioritizing ethics, transparency, and adherence to industry standards – and those values have continued to guide the company in the years since. Chris Melchers – Ted’s son, now the owner and president of the company – grew up around the construction industry, learning from his father’s work ethic and seeing firsthand the positive impact their work had on the lives of their clients.
