On the service side, now that Magnus Construction Services can provide the full scope of building envelope services, their next step will be to offer a complete exterior solution, including exterior finishes. Eventually, their goal is to expand into doing complete projects and becoming an overall general contractor. As for the size of Magnus Construction Services, Conrad says they will keep growing organically, as they have for almost 20 years now. “We like the direction we’re headed,” he includes. “We’re going to remain dedicated to innovation and quality, we’re going to keep investing in people and training, and we’re going to keep satisfying our customers.
