Magnus Construction Services – formerly called Magnus Insulation – is a Saskatoon-based company that specializes in thermal, moisture and fire protection systems. Since forming in 2008, they have completed more than 7,000 successful residential and commercial products, using only the best Canadian products, engineered for the extreme weather of their prairies. In that time, they have also been awarded a long list of industry accolades, in recognition of their excellence in everything from safety, to community investment, Indigenous relations, and overall business operations. Conrad Correa, the company’s founder and president, began his career in the building industry after moving to Saskatoon from Vancouver. When he and his business partner formed Magnus Insulation, they originally intended to specialize in spray foam insulation, but they quickly expanded their offering to include other types of insulation as they learned about other products and technologies. Eventually, the company grew to the point where they were offering virtually “every solution for a home or a building related to the building envelope,” and the company’s name was changed to Magnus Construction Services to better reflect the depth of their services. These days, Magnus Construction Services actively works with clients in both the residential and commercial sectors. In the residential sector, their services include: whole-home envelope systems including attic, wall, basement, garage, under slab and foundation spray foam; fiberglass and mineral wool options; air seal; insulation extraction and renovations; drywall; texture and waterproofing services.
