FEBRUARY 2026 Growing responsibly As previously mentioned, SAVI Industrial is currently working on a $4 million project. On that project, they are working in close coordination with the steel fabricator, functioning as a unified team rather than separate trade entities. The steel members are being coated, identified, and sequenced with installation in mind before arriving on site, reducing rework and improving efficiency. “We’re acting as one unit,” Luis explains. “That communication gains time, and that’s ultimately what our clients are looking for.” Moving forward, SAVI Industrial’s goal is to take on more projects of that size, scope, and complexity. Their goal is also to grow, and they foresee that growth taking on multiple forms, as they see a lot of new opportunities on the horizon. For example, they are exploring the possibility of expanding further into steel fabrication, driven by client interest in having fabrication, coating, and erection managed by a single contractor. The company is also taking steps to position themselves for larger institutional work by pursuing additional certifications and registrations required by major general contractors across Canada. Ultimately, SAVI Industrial’s goal is to become one of the most recognized subcontractors in the market – not through size alone, but through consistency, quality, and execution. “We want to be known for our commitment to delivering on the client’s needs,” Luis says, “and for having extremely high quality in the products and services we provide.”
